BIO

For over 10 years, I’ve been drawn to fitness, competing as a decathlete, cross-country runner, and in various other sports. My passion for fitness eventually led me to Houston, where I decided to turn that passion into a professional career—and I haven’t looked back since!

I am certified by NASM as a personal trainer and nutrition coach and am currently pursuing a degree in kinesiology at the University of Houston. Additionally, I am a certified CrossFit coach.
